Atayi Sensei ("we", "our", "us") is a desktop application that acts as an AI voice assistant to help users build games and creative projects using tools like Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Adobe Premiere, AutoCAD, and Figma. Our support email is support@atayisensei.io.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, record, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (unless you voluntarily contact us for support)
• Screenshots or images of your screen
• Your voice recordings or audio data
• The content of your conversations with Atayi Sensei
• Your usage patterns, session history, or behavioral data
• Crash logs containing personal information
• Your location or device identifiers

3. How Atayi Sensei Works

Atayi Sensei operates locally on your device. When you press the hotkey:

• A screenshot of your screen is captured only at that moment, processed locally and/or sent to the AI model to generate a contextual response, and is never stored on our servers.
• Your voice input is processed in real time and is not recorded or retained after the session ends.
• AI responses are generated and returned to you immediately — no conversation history is kept on our end.

Nothing runs in the background. Atayi Sensei is completely idle when you are not actively using it.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Atayi Sensei uses third-party AI model providers (such as Google Gemini) to generate responses. Your voice and screen data may be transmitted to these providers solely to generate your response. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are contractually prohibited from storing or training on your data in ways that identify you. We use API configurations that opt out of data training wherever possible.

5. Optional Email Collection

If you voluntarily enter your email address on our website (for example, to receive updates about the product), we store that email address securely and use it solely to send you product news and updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support@atayisensei.io.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not use tracking cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, anonymized analytics (with no personal data collected) solely to understand general traffic volumes. No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking is used.

7. Children's Privacy

Atayi Sensei is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Data Security

Since we do not store your personal data, there is no database of user information that could be breached. All network communications between the app and AI providers use industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption. API keys are never shipped inside the application — they are securely managed server-side.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you submitted your email for updates, you have the right to request its deletion at any time by emailing support@atayisensei.io. We will honor all such requests within 5 business days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Atayi Sensei after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
